Our Mission
The Desha County Arkansas Conservation District works to conserve and protect the land, water, and wildlife resources that sustain our community. Through cooperation with landowners and local, state, and federal partners, we support responsible land use, healthy waterways, and long-term stewardship.

Water-Use Registration Program
State law requires that all qualified wells and surface water withdrawals be registered annually during the registration period.
Registration Period: October 1 through March 1
